Rajesh founded Fulcrum Worldwide 20 years ago, and it is under his aegis that the company has matured to a truly global organization with presence in 7 countries, with clientele across industries of banking, financial services, education, insurance, legal and many others. It is his leadership that the company has built its industry-specific platforms focused on business outcomes. Rajesh had envisioned the product ‘Kaleidoscope’ for the education sector to support next generation collaborative learning and research. It has won several awards and recognition in US and UK’s higher education sector. He was also instrumental in building ‘iContesto’ - a portal framework for the insurance industry, which was awarded the best project in Asia. This was followed by a platform for the culinary sector called ‘CulinarySuite’. This transformed into creating a true business platform called ‘FulcrumOne’ that helps small and medium enterprises leverage the benefits of cutting-edge technologies in their digital transformation journey in an expensive and agile fashion.

This has been transformational and gave birth to the company in its current Digital avatar, now called Fulcrum Digital, focused on creating significant business impact for businesses across the world.
Under his thought leadership, the company was recognized as one of the best employers by the DQ TOP 20 in 2008, 2011 and 2012, and as the fastest growing company by Inc. Magazine. Rajesh was nominated for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, and has been ranked amongst the top 50 CEOs of 2013 in the Greater New York area by SmartCEO.

Apart from Fulcrum Digital, Rajesh has embarked on a number of social initiatives through the Fulcrum Foundation, and also by being on the Board of Directors of Pune City Connect. His heart is in creating sustainable livelihood, digital empowerment and quality education. He is a marathoner and he just completed his 5th marathon. He looks at life like a marathon and not as a sprint race where you increase your pace gradually, constantly improve yourself, and don’t give up without a fight.
