Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Executive Chairman and Founder of 5F World, a platform for Digital Start-ups, Skills and Social Ventures in the country. He is the Chairman of Global Talent Track, a pioneer in Employability Skills Training in Asia and Skills Alpha, a new digital platform venture to transform learning processes in organizations and society.

He is the Founder and Director of Kalzoom Advisors and Center for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (Center for AIA). Kalzoom Advisors, is a joint venture with New York based Chesapeake Inc. The company provides digital transformation consulting to large corporations, growth advisory to smaller innovative firms and a Grow-Buy-Sell service to firms building value in a competitive marketplace. Center for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (Center for AIA) is a venture for architecting the future of society, workforce, governments and businesses which a joint venture with Systech Solutions.

Dr. Ganesh is Global Board Director and Chairman of the India Board of Social Venture Partners and Chairman of Pune City Connect, a unique collaborative platform that enables corporations to work with the Government on social and city innovation.

Dr. Ganesh serves on the Boards of Fino Payments Bank, Zeva Capsol, Live History India and the HBS Club of India. He has been a member of the National and Executive Councils of CII and NASSCOM for many years and has led Innovation and Knowledge Management initiatives nationally. He has been Chairman of NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation and chaired NASSCOM’s first US conclave in 2017. He is a Fellow of the Computer Society of India. Dr. Ganesh has two significant corporate success stories to his credit – APTECH, a global training major which he led for ten years to leadership in India, China and thirty other countries and Zensar Technologies, a software success story which he led as its Vice Chairman & CEO till early 2016. In the last five years of his tenure, Zensar recorded industry leading growth in annual market value of over 40 % each year and became a leader in Digital Transformation and the subject of two Harvard Business School case studies.

Dr. Ganesh has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award of IIT Bombay and NITIE and has been recognized by EY and the Asia Pacific HR Forum for excellence in entrepreneurship and people-centric leadership. Author of nine books and a speaker at national and international forums, he believes in the triple bottom line approach to management and leadership. His current advisory and research work is in the area of Digital Transformation and Social Impact through digital communities.
