Aksh Rohatgi is a highly versatile executive with proven ability to turn around challenging operations, drive results, and implement a variety of strategic initiatives across organizations. His previous roles at ISS include CFO-ISS India and CFO-Asia Pacific.

He is Strategy and Finance professional with over 20 years of extensive and cross-cultural experience in advisory, consulting, operations and finance. He is passionate about people and relationships and has been credited for creating a High Performance and High Trust teams around him. He is an expert in leading businesses with P&L responsibility, setting up functions, cross-border transactions, implementing ERPs, and even auditing books.

Aksh has been recognized as 'Transformational CEO of the Year in Crisis' at the Business Leader of the Year Award 2021 by World Leadership Congress for his visionary leadership during a tumultuous 2020. He is also an Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISS India Director on the Board of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry Member of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) Committee on Private Security Industry.

Prior to joining ISS, Aksh has worked with Big 4 Firms, KPMG and Deloitte and a US based technology company in a variety of finance and business roles.

In his free time, Aksh enjoys running, unwinding with a good book and spending time with family and friends. An explorer at heart, he loves to explore adventurous activities like sky-diving, and scuba.
