Sam Thomas is an Expert in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship

He is co-Founder of East- West Trade Consultants with a focus of increasing trade between U.S and the Middle-East & North Africa ( MENA ) region. Sam is also the CEO and Founder of Global Social Entrepreneurship, LLc (GSE). GSE serves as a Strategic Advisor and Consulting Partner on Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to Corporations.

Sam served as the Executive Vice President of an Information Technology Company with a focus on delivering SAP ERP solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Sam served as the Chairman of the Governor's Asian Advisory Council; representing over 160,000 Asian Americans in the State of Colorado. Sam is the Co- Founder of Global Real Estate Certification Company with a market focus of India and UAE. Sam is an Executive mentor at the University of Denver's MBA program. Sam is a gifted Public Speaker and a leader, who is highly inspirational & motivational.

Sam is an Adjunct Professor at the Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship, at the C.U Denver Business School, where he is the Lead faculty in Social innovation and he is an Adjunct professor at the Burns School for Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver.

Sam helped to start an Orphanage in Kerala, India which cares for 45 girls who were orphans or destitute. He currently serves on its board.

Sam was born in the Southern Indian State of Kerala and moved to Colorado with his family and it has been his home for the past 35 years. He has been active in State wide and National political campaigns since 1992 and has served as the Surrogate Speaker for the successful US Senatorial race and has served on the White House appointed evaluation board of top Civilian Employees.

Sam holds his BA in International Relations with a minor in Economics and an MA in International Relations with a minor in Economic Development from the University of Denver's Korbel School for International Studies.
